If grades aren't syncing with Moodle, this usually means you've been accessing your course directly through myBusinessCourse and not through your school portal. We cannot sync grades with the school portal account unless you launch each assignment link from there.


We recommend that you log into your school portal and relaunch each assignment link for every assignment that has not yet synced. Just launch each link from into myBusinessCourse; you do not need to redo the assignments or take further action.
