Having trouble syncing grades or updating assignments?
You may need to re-authenticate your account with us. To re-authenticate your account with us, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the My Sections page of the course you are having issues with.
- Find the red Integration button for the section you integrated with (please see screenshot below).

- Navigate to the settings tab and then click the green Re-authenticate button (please see the screenshot below). You can do this at any time without interruption.
- A new window will open. If your integration requires re-authentication, D2L will ask you to authorize myBusinessCourse. Otherwise, you will be sent to directly to your course in myBusinessCourse.
