Having trouble syncing grades or updating assignments?
You may need to re-authenticate your account with us. To re-authenticate your account with us, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the My Sections page of the course you are having issues with.
Find the red Integration button for the section you integrated with (please see screenshot below).

Navigate to the settings tab and then click the green Re-authenticate button (please see the screenshot below). You can do this at any time without interruption.
A new window will open. If your integration requires re-authentication, D2L will ask you to authorize myBusinessCourse. Otherwise, you will be sent to directly to your course in myBusinessCourse.
