- Incorrect Address - Such as using your school address instead of your home address.
- Contact your financial institution and verify they have associated with your account. You may also want to ask about the failed transaction(s) and request the status of those funds. Note that the online portal provided by your institution does not always reflect what they have on file.
- International Cards
- Some international credit cards will not work in our system if the billing information cannot be verified. We're told that's a possible reason for failed transactions.
- Contact your financial institution for more information.
