View the status of your students' subscriptions to see if they are using Temporary Course Access (2 weeks) or have permanently enrolled in your course.

Student Subscription Status

1.   On the Course Home Page, click Manage Sections.

2.   Click the blue Students button for the associated Section.

3.   The Access Duration column will list students' Course subscription status.

• Students with Temporary Access will be shaded red.

Student Subscription Details

1.   Click the ellipsis icon. for the student account to be viewed.

• Select View Details.

2.   View details. 

• Days until Expiration and Access Duration are shown below.
