View the status of your students' subscriptions to see if they are using Temporary Course Access (2 weeks) or have permanently enrolled in your course.

Student Subscription Status

1. On the Course Home Page, click Manage Sections.
2. Click the blue Students button for the associated Section.
3. The Access Duration column will list students' Course subscription status.
   • Check box to Include Expired Students if desired. Expired subscriptions will be shaded yellow.
   • Students with Temporary Access will be shaded red.
     
4. The Role column will list the role of everyone enrolled in the Section.

Student Subscription Details

1. Click the vertical ellipsis icon for the student account to be viewed.
2. Select View Details.
