Having trouble syncing grades or updating assignments?
You may need to re-authenticate your account with us. To re-authenticate your account with us, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your myBusinessCourse instructor account
Navigate to the course you are having issues with.
Find the red Integration button for the section you integrated with (please see screenshot below)
Navigate to the settings tab and then click the green Re-authenticate button (please see screenshot below). You can do this at anytime without interruption.
A new window will open. If your integration requires re-authentication, Blackboard will ask you to authorize myBusinessCourse. Otherwise you will be sent to directly to your course in myBusinessCourse.
