If you see that grades from certain students are not syncing with your LMS, this means that those students have most likely not yet integrated their accounts. You may check to see who has integrated with your LMS through the following steps:

1)    Log in to your instructor account.

2)    Select Manage Sections to the right of the course.

3)    Select Students.

On the right-hand side of the page, you will see either a red X or a green checkmark next to each student’s name. This will help you indicate who has integrated with your LMS thus far. 

Students who have not yet integrated their accounts with your LMS may do so by clicking on any integrated link from within your LMS. Once they do this, their accounts will be integrated and their grades should automatically sync with the gradebook.
