Having trouble syncing grades or updating assignments?
You may need to re-authenticate your account with us. To re-authenticate your account with us, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your instructor account.
- Navigate to the Sections page of the course you are having issues with.
- Find the red Integration Status button for the section you integrated with (please see screenshot below).
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green Re-authenticate button (please see the screenshot below). You can do this at any time without interruption.
A new window will open. If your integration requires re-authentication, you may be asked to authorize our application. Otherwise, you will be sent directly to your course in our system.
