There currently isn't a way to assign the videos to be auto-graded in the system. However, there is a way to see whether your students have clicked on the videos.
If you would like to see whether a student has clicked on a video, you will follow these steps:
While on your instructor dashboard…
1. Select Go to Course.
2. Select the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
3. Select More.
4. Select Student Progress.
From here, you can switch between the chapter/module view and student filter to see how many videos your students have accessed. You can then manually input grades by creating a grade item in the gradebook.
You will create a grade item through the following steps:
1. Select Grades from the menu on the left (within the course).
2. Select the Setup tab
3. Select Add Grade Item at the bottom of the page.
4. Enter an Item Name and adjust the Maximum Grade as needed and then select Save changes.
From here on, you can input manually provide students with points within this new grade item. To manually provide points, you will just need to make sure that your gradebook editing is on.
You can manually enter points within a gradebook item through the following steps:
1. Select Grades from the menu on the left (within the course).
2. Select Turn editing on in the upper-right corner.
3. Enter grades as needed.
4. Select Save changes in the lower-left corner.
5. Select Turn editing off in the upper-right corner.
