Chapter/Module content can be hidden from students. Hidden Chapters/Modules will appear grayed out on the Course Page for the instructor but will be removed completely from the Student's view.

Hide Chapters/Modules

  1. Access the Course Layout Screen.
  2. Click Course Content
  3. Select Course Layout.
  4. Click Edit for the content folder to be hidden.
  5. Select Hide Chapter / (Hide Module).


On the Course Layout page, Hidden Content Folders will be identified with the Cancelled view icon on the Course Content menu panel (left) and a red Hidden from students message in the main panel.



Show Chapters/Modules

  1. Access the Course Layout Screen.
  2. Click Course Content
  3. Select Course Layout.
  4. Click Edit for the content folder to be revealed.
  5. Select Show Chapter / (Show Module).
