If you're getting a message like the one above, then you are attempting to use an access code for a product associated with a different book.

For example, an access code taken from the second edition of A Book will not work on a course using the third edition of A Book and vice versa.

This includes tutorial or preparatory courses. Access codes found in printed textbooks, or created with the purchase of an eBook subscription, cannot be used to enroll in your tutorial or preparatory courses. In most cases, you'll need to purchase a separate subscription for the tutorial or preparatory course since standalone titles are not typically associated with these smaller, shorter courses.
