• To use these steps, the New Content Experience must be enabled by a D2L administrator.

From the D2L Course, use the following steps to do integrate and embed content:

  1. Select Content tab
  2. Create a New Unit or navigate to an existing one. 
    • To create a new unit, click New Unit, enter a name and click Save.
  3. In a new or existing unit, click Add Existing.
  4. On this page, you should see the tool myBusinessCourse Content Selection. You may have to click More to locate it.
  5. Click myBusinessCourse Content Selection
  6. A modal appears and myBusinessCourse will load. 
  7. Once myBusinessCourse loads, select a course
  8. You will be prompted to select a section and confirm the integration. If all the information looks correct click the Yes, Integrate Now button
  9. You will be redirected to a Content Selection page which will contain all your myBusinessCourse chapter/modules resources.
  10. Select the resources you would like to embed in your course
  11. Scroll to the bottom and click the Embed Content button
  12. You will be redirected back to D2L (Brightspace) content area and the myBusinessCourse content will be embedded.
  13. You can repeat this process to embed content as often as you’d like..
NOTE: To make sure items opens in a new tab(recommended):
  1. Select the assignment in the left menu
  2. Click the "..." on the top right below the menu bar
  3. Click Edit
  4. Under Display Options, select Open in a new tab (recommended)
  5. Save and close the assignment
