You can require students to enter their Student ID when enrolling in your course. It is best to configure this setting before providing students with enrollment information to incoming students.

Require a Student ID

  1. On the Instructor dashboard, click the 3-dot ellipsis for the associated course.
    • Select Edit Details.
  2. Check the box to Require Student IDs (lower half of screen).
  3. Enter the number of digits required when entering the Student ID.
    • Save Changes.
